      Excellent staff and benefits

      Pros

      People who work here are generally happy and friendly. Generous shift differentials have made a big difference on my pay. Even PRN staff get 401k. My manager and director are very accessible and love to get feedback on the department.

      Cons

      Current EMR is McKesson Paragon, which is not the most intuitive or efficient. However, this will be greatly improved by moving to Epic in the next couple years.

      great place to work. loved my supervisors and all the people I worked with. very welcoming environment full of educated people

      no cons really. management could be a little better at times when things are busy or chaotic. other than that this is a wonderful place to work.

      Pros

      Very professional atmosphere. Generally really nice people that you work with, training is good and thorough.

      Cons

      I will have a Masters degree in healthcare management and there is not a lot of options to be able to advance. Too many people want the same job, usually older and have been there longer, so younger people coming out of school with higher degrees do not have as good of a chance getting a job right away. Its also about who you know around here
