Pros
Great Benefits packages, yearly merit increases, great co-workers, and job stability. It is a very satisfying place to work because everybody works well together, and is very helpful to other staff as well as to facilitating to patients. If integrity and honesty are values you find important in a work place this is a good place to work.
Cons
Decisions take a long time to get approved through numerous channels (which is to be expected with such large corporation and moving parts) It is hard to know sometimes who to call to get questions answered, and often times you go in circles as it is not clearly defined as to who does what and in what location.
