      Pros

      You can literally never get fired from this place. You can be the laziest person in the world, not show up for your shifts, and not do your job and you can still work there.

      Cons

      Never appropriately staffed, over-worked, unsafe environment for patients and staff. Issues don't get addressed. Higher ups in positions they are not qualified for. HR doesn't get back to you or return your calls.

      I have always felt appreciated with NGHS, and they have given me the ability to grow within the system.

      There are no cons when it comes to working for Northeast Georgia Health System.

      Great work environment, great reputation in the community, constantly adding on and improving services

      Short staffed, hard to get on day shift. Low turnover in lots of areas. Not a lot of negatives
