The relationships you form with tenants and clients can help boost your career in the corporate world.

Cons

There's absolutely no training department, and the hierarchal structure is set to where only account managers are held responsible for anything on site, even if there was nothing you could do about it. If you can make it past the lack of support from your bosses, and the constant call outs/post vacancies, the rate of pay will surely get to you. Northeast Security Account Managers are very underpaid, and make the least out of other AM's.
