Easy and simple work with plenty of downtime compared to other high stress industries.

Cons

Depending on managers and coworkers the job can be much more difficult than necessary.

Pros

Good insurance, good doctors, flexible with hours & site locations. The pay is decent if you advocate for yourself, $1 minimum raises annually, operations is always easy to reach. There's always available over time. You can accumulate sick / vacation time fast.

Cons

Account managers are hit or miss, some sites are new with no training, & it's definitely a popularity contest to get promoted. Paperwork if not followed up on can get "lost", some sites on full-time on your feet & patrolling & they may not disclose that until you are on site. Not all sites have bathrooms on site, or break rooms, or running water available. If caught sleeping on the job it is an automatic dismissal of job site, and up to immediate termination.
