Pros

-Good pay, especially if you're young and enrolled in a University. -Flexible hours: if you want more hours, just ask for more. If you need a day off, just ask.

Cons

-Experience depends on where you work and who's your manager. I absolutely loved working with my coworkers and manager but after being forced to move due to management, my job became miserable. -Unorganized at times. -Expectations are too high for amount of pay. At the building I worked at, as problems came up, we were expected to take on a lot more work but for the same amount of pay.

Management was friendly and transparent as they needed to be.

Cons

Never experienced an issue with this company. Some sites may require additional security presence like standing for a period of time or frequent tours but that's apart of the job.
