Pros

Supervisors are OK Pay is OK No trouble getting a day off if you ask for it Job site is nice with full gym, free coffee, lots of food leftovers given to security

Cons

Have to pay for uniforms Account Manager is not interested in doing her job or checking to see how other people aren't doing their job. In addition to this the Account Manager offers the good employees zero support and doesn't discipline the bad ones which leads to poor morale. Talking to the account Manager is like ice skating up hill, it is great exercise but you NEVER GET ANYTHING ACCOMPLISHED! Too laid back to the point it is dangerous They hire the bottom of the barrel and keep them whether they do their job or not Discipline is handed out unevenly

Pros

Good pay, The work is simple and can be rewarding.

Cons

Where do i start? My first and second week were filled with red flags and warning signs. Employees gossiping and talking badly of other employees, talk of favoritism. The people i worked with were of particular low quality especially coming from a team work perspective and social perspective. Other people get away with complete murder, while others get in trouble for issues that could have be fixed by simply "knowing your teams strengths and weaknesses" If they don't like you personally then you are out of luck. Management is no better including HR. They do not care about you whatsoever and if you are having issues (scheduling and transportation) they see it as "You are the issue" and probably wont work with you after you have been late twice. They will give new guards the shifts you *need* without second thought of your own well being and lack insight on how it will impact themselves in the long run. There is a very real reason they have a high turn over rate. Take this into consideration before accepting employment with them. It's all sunshine and rainbows when they are pushing you through the door. You become less important down the road when you can be replaced during 1 weeks notice.
