Honest, respect no problem working with other races and religion Hardworking taking Ownership never say no, team worker, meet target with Compliance.

Cons

Compliance with Laws, Rules and Regulations at all time assured Aircraft Airworthiness, life and safety of the pilots and Passengers is PARAMOUNT.

Worst airline I’ve ever worked for

Decent pay as far as airline/ramp work Immediate coworkers were awesome

Cons

Upper management/directors will scream at employees when they do something wrong. I’ve never witnessed anything like it. Upper management doesn’t care if you test positive for covid, they want you at work.

We appreciate the feedback. We take concerns of employee health and Covid protocols seriously including providing Company provided paid leave time for those testing positive or experiencing symptoms of Covid. Therefore, it would be unusual for us to require a Covid positive employee to report for work. We are also concerned that you witnessed management screaming at employees for doing something wrong. We have several avenues for employees to report concerns and have zero tolerance for an unrespectful workplace. Some of the systems were outdated and still in the process of upgrades
