      - Great Employee Benefits - Met some great people within the maintenance department

      Cons

      - Some Employees treated better than others, favouritism - A very small team taking care of 13 aircraft's with more to come - Records clerks unable to work from home even during a pandemic, unless you're a manager or supervisor position

      4 day 10 hour work schedules, flight benefits after 6 months

      Cons

      Communication is lacking between scheduling and planning. Not a positive culture focused on improvement. Some members of management work from a different state are out of touch with the day to day happening's within the SOC. Favoritism is heavily present in some departments.
