We appreciate the feedback. Safety is the number one priority for Northern Air Cargo. In fact, not only is safety listed as our first value, but we have several ways for employees to report safety concerns. We follow up with all safety reports with a corrective action process. Although you didn’t list specific hostile examples, we do have several policies prohibiting retaliation and expect all employees to work in a professional manner. Hopefully you understand “unsafe and hostile” is not a usual comment for us. We invite you to reach out to the Human Resource department to share your specific concerns.

Pros

If you are a pilot you will love it and can avoid much of the bs. If you land one of the many 'no real responsibility' managerial or professional jobs you can enjoy a life of leisure without having to do much if any actual work.

Cons

If you are not in one of the above categories, you will be treated like crap. If you actually care about petty items like doing the right thing, fixing problems, or making a difference, you will be frustrated. Racism, harassment, bullying, and unethical behavior start at the very top of the Company, and thus those traits and acts are normal, likely expected, and certainly unpunished, parts of everyday life there.
