Pros

Clean Environment Loyal hard working employees Friendly coworkers Union Many complain about the pay but I truly believe you get paid for the amount you do meaning continuously lifting heavy things etc you get paid more….if it’s a more labor intensive job you get paid more…Of course i’d love more pay but I do believe our pay matches the work we do none of the jobs are incredibly difficult 10hr days can make for some long days but nevertheless most days aren’t hard mostly repetitive once you know what you’re doing its pretty much autopilot.

Cons

I think the dental service is pretty pricey compared to other employers I’ve had in the past. You have to have their health insurance to be employed there… so if you’re on your spouses insurance or your parents insurance you wont be able to be any longer and will have to go with their health insurance plan

Bad leaders ruin good company

Pros

Variety of jobs. Products are part of everything you have and everything you see on a given day. Work is fairly easy, physically undemanding most of the time, normally fast-paced. ANYone can do this stuff. Some of the workers have been around a very long time.

Cons

Nepotism, favoritism, quid pro quo. Merit and dedication rarely get you anywhere. Bad managers put their families' interests above those of the company and are allowed to pester and push out good workers. Preferences given to people who refuse to speak English, though they clearly understand it. Ethnic strife is encouraged by inept response to it. Good workers are often treated poorly for wrong reasons. Pay is at the bottom of the industry. Union is weak, and many believe it is co-opted. Work orders were taken based on questionable assessments of how long things take to do and how many people it takes to get it done, and then management would ride the workers for being behind schedule. Materials often lacking because they weren't ordered right. Most new workers quit right away. Hard to get anyone to stay around long enough to get trained in. Nobody wants to hire on because the company's reputation is so bad.
