Pros
Clean Environment Loyal hard working employees Friendly coworkers Union Many complain about the pay but I truly believe you get paid for the amount you do meaning continuously lifting heavy things etc you get paid more….if it’s a more labor intensive job you get paid more…Of course i’d love more pay but I do believe our pay matches the work we do none of the jobs are incredibly difficult 10hr days can make for some long days but nevertheless most days aren’t hard mostly repetitive once you know what you’re doing its pretty much autopilot.
Cons
I think the dental service is pretty pricey compared to other employers I’ve had in the past. You have to have their health insurance to be employed there… so if you’re on your spouses insurance or your parents insurance you wont be able to be any longer and will have to go with their health insurance plan
