      Pros

      Working at Northern Engraving is full of learning and forward thinking. I have worked here for over 30 years and every day brings a new challenge. Our products are part of many brands you see every day in your homes and on the media. The best part of my job is knowing I have a voice and management will listen.

      Cons

      Living down a false persona that Northern Engraving is just a manufacturing facility who doesn't look at their people for advancement - this is so far from the truth. Northern is focused on becoming the top supplier of nameplates and trim. We are adding positions to secure our strengths for our future.

      Pros

      A company history of over 108 years, designing and manufacturing interior automotive decorative product, nameplate, and appliance products. Customers such as Ford and Harley Davidson with history of over 60 years with NEC. People who on average been with the company near 30 years.

      Cons

      With any company there is challenges, with a new direction, leadership and focus we are working to develop a better place to work. Focusing on Dignity and Respect for all employees.

      Quick learner able to remain on feet for long periods of time

      Being rushed at times to do a job is sometimes frustrating for me, But i adapt.
