      *My immediate co-workers were awesome! *There are alot of great people who have devoted their time to the company. *Flexibility with time off. *Health insurance.

      Cons

      "Upper" leadership is driving this company into the hole! Numerous people have quit, so you are doing the job of 3 or more people and not getting compensated for it. BUT WAIT......If you turn in your 2 week notice......All of a sudden your value increases SIGNIFICANTLY!
