Pay is terrible, too many programs, lying to customers all the time, won’t hire anyone. Corporate can’t be trusted

Nice and clean break room in the punch press department

Cons

Too many overtime No holiday pay for new hires Co-worker work like they are pay by rate. Line - lead are so lazy, the line operator mostly do everything. The supervisor said nothing.

No raises, 401K isn’t always matched, if you’re one of the favorites you can do no wrong. If you’re not, the work environment isn’t good
