-Great Pay for the area in comparison to other facilities -Generous PTO accrual

Cons

-Using PTO can be difficult due to prime time -Work culture is toxic, leadership looks down on staff who try to advocate for positive change rather than trying to listen -Constantly short-staffed and not ever proactive in trying to upstaff if census is high -Equipment is frequently broken or not functioning properly -Multiple departments now being outsourced which has negatively impacted morale and many services
