Respect, compensation, schedule, co-workers for the most part want to help others succeed. Continue the open door policy with regards to listening to suggestions to make things better.

Cons

Some staff do not work as hard as others. Of course you will find that almost anywhere. Have seen a lot worse.

1. The pay is pretty low for just about every position. 2. Low Pay 3. Low Pay 4. Did I mention the low pay? 5. Management is terrible.
