      Pros

      Great nurses, good ICU/CCU set up and good Nurse:pt ratios there, majority of doctors are very friendly and willing to help pts, good service, excellent therapists, yearly bonuses and % increase for performance

      Cons

      Staffing ratios outside the ICU/CCU are horrendous, huge staffing deficit currently need many more nurses and CNA's alike, long emergency room waits, a lot of construction currently with many detours

      -wonderful nursing staff on my unit -supportive of continuing education -fair salary and benefits

      Cons

      -upper management unfair and not honoring nursing union contract -changes in scheduling -short staffing often creating situations for unsafe patient care
