Employee health insurance options are rediculously expensive for anyone who needs to add family members. For a major hospital, it's insulting how much they expect their employees to pay. A lot of many seems to be going I to the Modernization Project with less being spent on employee retention and satisfaction.

Does not tolerate alternative approaches to achieve same goal. Their way or the highway. Some bosses just looking to move up at others expense.
