Nursing staff that is top notch. They are skilled, committed, concerned. Patients rave about the care and make NNMC their preferred provider.

Cons

Management lacks all initiative, and innovation. They are too paralyzed to look outside the box. Most employees above the staff level operate in a culture of intimidation.
