Northern Nevada Medical Group has gone through management changes in the recent years. The new management team has done an excellent job at changing the culture and focusing heavily on providing the best patient care, while still taking into account feedback from staff. There is definitely lots of work! Especially with all of the recent growth and growth to come in the near future. My time at Northern Nevada I felt a strong sense of mission and purpose. Lots of fun events monthly, contests, teambuilding events employee of the quarter awards to thank staff. Management team is very approachable and willing to listen to concerns and is highly collaborative.
