Within 2 weeks of working there I was accused of stealing narcotics by the pharmacy director because the pixus moved extremely slow and didn’t process my drug delivery count correctly. I immediately had 2 pharmacists verify that it was a pixus error but I was still called on my day off and told that I was a liar. I quit immediately because I’m not going to risk being accused wrongly and losing my license.

Management lacks all initiative, and innovation. They are too paralyzed to look outside the box. Most employees above the staff level operate in a culture of intimidation.
