Pros

Benefits and time off are fairly decent. Opportunities to take classes offered by company in various subjects if you want.

Cons

Technology very outdated, servers crash often. Jobs at the fund center very monotonous and not a lot of growth opportunity. Pay and bonus very very low compared to industry. Lots of people content to stay in same position, no passion. Very unmotivated middle management, like to have a lot of pointless meetings just to seem productive. Lots of micro managing.

Pros

Some areas are great to work in while others are horrible. There are a lot of classes and great people that work there to network within the company.

Cons

Promoting people with no experience. Sending everything to India when they already mess up plenty. Many managers do not know their and they spend all day in meetings. They don't share the results of these many meetings. Employees that have been there for many years and have the most knowledge are not being promoted.
