      Pros

      Management is very considerate towards its employees. They are very approachable and friendly to all the employees irrespective of their levels.

      Cons

      As with any other Company, there are weeds amongst the employees. When escalated the management is not very responsive in handlng such issues.

      Pros

      Some managers are nice, some r bad. Not too busy depending on ur team.

      Cons

      Too many managers that dont do much and there is constant under currents between teams because of bad management from top level. Because top level managers all old and all soon to be retired, they care less and less the closer to their retirement year. Current ceo like the rest only care about feeding himself the big $ and dont care about company. I met old ceo when I joined and he was much nicer person and dedicated person and to be respected. HR dept is just an insect attached to the company they only protect managers not the rest people.
