- Get payed for working more than 40 hrs per week - Great benefits, 401k match, 6% match for 8% of your contribution (3 years to vest) - Great projects, large contracts, awesome technology - Awesome knowledgeable people - Highly flexible schedules. If I want to work from home, I can. If I want to work 4 days a week, I can flex my hours to the next pay period (just need to work minimum 80 hrs in 2 weeks) - Performance-based raises every single year (you get compared to your peers of the same level) ranging from 3-5%

Cons

- Promotions are largely years-of-experience-based (internships and school projects do not count unfortunately). Seems uncommon to get promotions early unless you are just an absolute superstar. T2 requires 2 years exp, if you do not have 2 years exp, it will be tough to get the promo. Masters does help reduce promo times by 2 years, get your Masters if you can get it faster than in 2 years. - Some campuses are a bit outdated and they don't plan on investing in renovating. - Otherwise, not too many downsides. It really is a great company to work. You can have good WLB and raise a family it seems, but at the same time, you can also grind really hard and be a top performer.
