Pros

Offers payment towards masters degree. Matches 8% for 401k. 9/80 schedule.

Cons

Work can be stale, sometimes you will not being doing much so its best to ask for more work or else you could get bored. Not a lot of opportunities to work from home. Focuses a lot on years of experience for promotions.

Pros

Job security is a pro. People are rarely fired. At my location, micro-management really wasn't an issue. They seem to be pretty flexible with your work schedule as long as your team members are on board.

Cons

It's a really big company. There's a lot of decisions that are simply out of you or your managers hands, or even out of your manager's manager's hands.
