Pros

- People are bright, pleasant to work with, and passionate - Work is meaningful

Cons

- Raises and bonuses are insignificant and near non-existent. - Work schedule is high stress. - Higher leadership listens to feedback from those below and usually does nothing. - PTO policy (company shuts down for one week at the end of year, and that's used as an excuse to not give enough PTO. Sick leave does not exist. Have an emergency or sickness? Use PTO. Oh right, you don't really get any.)
