Pros

Northrop Grumman pays incredibly well, has flexible work arrangements, offers one week of shutdown each year at Christmas, and has great PTO and benefits.

Cons

PTO starts at 40 hours upon start date and accrues to 120 hours by the end of the year. It would be nice to start with a little more than 40 hours (other industry competitors seem to outmatch Northrop's PTO structure).

Pros

Great Employee Resource Groups and opportunities to create groups tailored to what you're looking for. Tuition reimbursement to continue your education. Company-wide shutdown for two weeks during Christmas and New Year's.

Cons

On boarding process was not a good experience. Waiting over a week for my laptop and badging that would allow me access to my place of work and to check my emails.
