Pros

Great, long-term employees willing to help, train, & explain concepts. Fast paced environment with much room to grow. Paid for my MBA.

Cons

Slow growth, takes 3-7 years to advance to the next level even if your a good Analust, too many managers just looking to check the box. Too many management layers.

Pros

I received hands on experience in my field that allowed me to learn and grow grow fast within my profession. They offer many programs for personal and professional growth. I would work here again.

Cons

I was there during major restructuring. Your job status was always in question, but this is not necessarily a con as this is the norm for this industry and you will find this as common practice.
