Pros

Northrop Grumman has excellent benefits compared to other companies. For example, Northrop Grumman offers a Roth 401k with a self-directed brokerage option and a separate pension account. This is somewhat rare.

Cons

Job stress can be high with poor managers breathing down your neck. Working overtime can become the norm in a hectic program. Managers can be very unreasonable and hard on engineers.
