      Pros

      The only pro's I can think of are the 9/80 schedule and a week-long holiday shutdown in December.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment! If you report anything to HR you will face reprisal. HR is not going to keep your complaint anonymous. Sexual harassment and sexual comments about women were common place in the program I worked on. I also heard women referred to as B*tches." Very questionable ethical practices by senior leadership.

      - People are bright, pleasant to work with, and passionate - Work is meaningful

      Cons

      - Raises and bonuses are insignificant and near non-existent. - Work schedule is high stress. - Higher leadership listens to feedback from those below and usually does nothing. - PTO policy (company shuts down for one week at the end of year, and that's used as an excuse to not give enough PTO. Sick leave does not exist. Have an emergency or sickness? Use PTO. Oh right, you don't really get any.)
