      9/80 decent cafeteria food paid breaks

      Horrific coworkers. Massive hazing. Good ol boys club. Management is absolutely atrocious. Company is bleeding employees by the day due to mismanagement. Northrop isn't remotely the company it projects itself to be. Don't be fooled. Go elsewhere. Not LGBTQ+ friendly WHAT SO EVER. Good luck EVER getting promoted at NGC. If your disliked in any way shape or form by immediate management your sunk. Rampant brown noosing of senior employees to managers. Stay away from all technical positions at redondo beach regardless of what the offer is. Not LGBTQ+ friendly what so ever!

      There are no pros of working in Roy.

      Cons

      If you are offered a position in Roy, Utah do not take it. Relocation is only used as blackmail to hold people in Roy for at least a year. Still people will leave before that. Despite what Northrop may tell you, they were the sole bidder on the GBSD program. They are 25 years behind using any type of modern technology on this program and you will suffer because of it. Management is clueless and the boomers need to step away for any progress to be made. Pay is low for everyone and so is moral.
