Pros

Office is nice, snacks all day, flexible wfh schedule. I did find myself actually seeing the value in the Northspyre technology.

Cons

If you don’t already have experience and know what your doing, be careful. They have a serious revolving door of employees. Me and 1 other girl started on one day, there was someone else on the team gone by the end of that week. Over the next 3 weeks they hire 3 guys. 2 weeks later, me and the girl that were hired together, fired. After only 7 weeks. Something about not trending towards milestones that were not given from the start. Stress level wasnt worth it for myself personally. Know you will be cold calling 100 calls and emails per day. 500 each per week. Which wasn’t an issue for me from the start but the target audience simply didn’t want to hear it. I come from selling $10K+ products in an in person environment, switching to cold calling was probably my most unwise decision.

Pros

• Flexible remote setup • Opportunities to take initiative, though unfortunately, often without recognition

Cons

• In April 2023, the team was tasked with a time-sensitive ABM lead generation project, with a clear verbal agreement to pay at a premium rate if completed on time. The work was delivered, the deadline met, and months later, the company announced multiple new clients acquired through those very leads. Yet, no one was compensated as promised. • Employees were later asked to redo some of the leads, with another verbal promise of payment, but still, no compensation followed. This has left many team members feeling exploited and misled. • No formal contracts were provided to remote workers, and most agreements were made informally via Slack or email. This lack of documentation creates a serious vulnerability for international team members. • Communication with upper management is poor, and concerns raised by the team are often ignored, minimized, or dismissed entirely. • A culture of negative reinforcement created a demoralizing atmosphere for many employees, especially in the offshore teams.
