Pros

Builds tolerance for pressure if you survive it.

Cons

This place feels like a crash course ins tress you never signed up for. People are hired and gone so fast. The revolving door creates constant anxiety. Expectations show up late, change often, and somehow still get used against you when it's time to point fingers. Leadership operates more like a private club where idea worship matters more than actual results. The workload is heavy, repetitive, and disconnected from what the market even wants, which makes the pressure feel pointless. Support is minimal, feedback is vague, and the overall tone leans abusive when numbers are not magically met. It drained my confidence and made me regret switching to this environment at all.

Pros

Pretty easy to get hired

Cons

Throw you in the deep end and hope you figure it out. 2-3 weeks of onboarding/training, then you hit the phones. 100 colds calls per day is mandatory, no exceptions. Recycle old leads constantly with no new strategy or approach. People are exhausted from being called and emailed year-round about Northspyre. Many reps burn out quick due to the environment.

Pros

Snacks, a paycheck, stepping stone, and work experience.

Cons

Where do I even start...I wish someone had warned me how much of a circus this place feels like once you’re inside. So many of the glowing reviews are fake, which should’ve been my first clue. The structure is all over the place, and management keeps making promises that vanish the moment you try to follow up. There’s a small circle whose ideas get all the attention, and everyone else is expected to just worship whatever they say. We pushed through brutal deadlines, finished projects early, and still didn’t get the compensation we were told to expect. Even worse, they try to pass off their product as fully automated, yet we end up doing a ton of manual work. If you want fairness and support, this won’t be the place for you.
