      Good Benefits as associated with a Health system. Great if you are in the medical field; not so if you are administrative/general.

      Helping patients, contributing to their well being.

      Cons

      Inability to take a lunch break, not being able to finish work in 8 hr period then not being paid for the extra time worked and lunch break deducted from pay check. Belittlement, and down talking by management. Working as an LPN but doing the CNAs work and acting charge on my own without any other help. Doing CNA work because they are on lunch break while i dont have enough time to take a break, or end up leaving late and not getting paid for it.
