      Pros

      Possibility for clinical experience with patients, hours towards clinical license.

      Cons

      (Depending on a department) Poor and uneducated management, everything is driven by desperation and fear, emphasis on meeting numbers instead of quality of care, lack of support and resources given the work you do, focus on saving money and cutting expenses (just to name a few)

      Pros

      The pay and the time off. Counting holidays it's something like 8 or nine weeks.

      Cons

      Great pay and benefits is so management can treat you like a super human. No bath room breaks because you have to respond to an emergency. No meal because you have to go handle emergency. You can't go home because you have to respond to an emergency. Basically, if you are walking out of the building and haven't squeeled your wheels to run home, you WILL be forced to respond to an emergency regardless of how many hours ago your shift ended. It's pretty obscene....
