      Pros

      Good benefits, promotes transferring within organization, encourages learning and training. Comparable salaries.

      Cons

      Limited flexibility and work/life balance. Negative management styles not addressed. Limited room for growth without higher education degrees.

      Pros

      Benefits are excellent and the company gives its employees some excellent opportunities, like a corporate university and a MBA program paid for entirely by the company. Never had a problem taking time off even for stupid reasons. Most managers do genuinely care about their employees.

      Cons

      VERY hard to advance unless management likes you; getting management to like you has nothing to do with your work ability. Applying for jobs within the company is worthless because your resume goes through a scanner and HR never gets back to you. My division of the company doesn't seem to know what to do with young people who want to learn and keep moving up.

      Pros

      Smart people and they want to do a good job. Hospital provides good patient care and I would go there as a patient

      Cons

      Things are being added all the time. More paperwork, more checklists. They are always on you about customer service. If you took away some of the tasks there would be time for customer service. Think about it!!
