      Truly a place where employees are not treated equally

      Pros

      The salary seems to be competitive, but that's about it!

      Cons

      everyone works in silos, management does not cooperate with staff, lack of communication, all P&R to the public about good but there is plenty of bad, treatment of patients are just as bad and equal to treatment of employees, overall a horrible place to work for, that is why we never make any lists as a top company to work for!!

      Pros

      Not enough therapists per shift, work load excessive. No support from shift supervisors. Very unfriendly co-workers, which leads to very stressful working conditions.

      Cons

      Not enough staff. Orientation is done by co-workers, NOT by supervisor or clinical instructor...very poor. Co-workers are toxic; constantly complaining and throwing other co-workers "under the bus" to save their own reputation. Director is very ineffectual, staff seems to walk all over him. Very poorly organized.

      Good place to be a resident and become a great doctor.

      Pros

      There are plenty of learning opportunities, cases, and experiences. A great salary in comparison with most other positions, and good support from the attending's. The hospital also carries some clout.

      Cons

      Geographic location is what I disliked most. There is not much around in terms of entertainment. With respect to the internal environment some administrative staff and management is less than desirable, otherwise nothing else is too horrible.
