      fun activities for employees, pay raises, great coworkers

      only care about production, harsh and expects the most from you even when its not initially what they asked for, overbearing management

      Great medical benefits. Generous PTO. Great resume builder.

      Cons

      Poor on-boarding, training, work/life balance. Unrealistic expectations with workload and low starting pay. The goals and values of Northwell are NOT reflected in it's Corporate Finance department.
