      Pros

      Great benefits; decent raises (even though your starting salary is low) Good place to work if you want to do the same monotonous tasks on a daily basis.

      Cons

      No sense of being a team. The drama is equivalent to being in high school all over again. Senior management does not look out for staff and if you have an HR problem, good luck, because they will never solve it. The hierarchy system is a disaster. 3 years to get promoted and it is only based on time, never merit. Managers are doing analyst work. Turnover is equally as crazy, the team has a revolving door of analysts. Which makes sense considering the environment and culture of the department. A lot of favoritism on the team, and if you aren’t a favorite, sorry you won’t make it anywhere.

      Decent salary, excellent benefits. Large organization. Lot's to learn if you are self motivated.

      Cons

      The culture is toxic. There are posers everywhere. Outsiders who come in with new ideas either conform or they are destroyed by the incompetents protecting their turf.
