We appreciate the time you took to provide us feedback. Our Payroll Auditor position is a great starting point for associates just beginning their professional careers. We offer extensive development and growth opportunities to prepare our associates to progress in the company. In addition, we regularly benchmark our wages and benefits offerings to industry standards ensuring we provide a comprehensive and competitive compensation package to all associates. Thank you again for your comments.

Toxic Culture, Top Down

Pros

Great pay and benefits, many peers at your own level are great people

Cons

strict dress code, slacked on implementing covid precautions as long as possible, constant broken promises, infantilize their employees, huge class hierarchy split between hourly and salary employees, and the former head of HR was a nightmare, so HR is the scariest to talk to of anyone. Even our 'sensitivity training' didn't come until I'd been with the company 3 years, and the person GIVING the training was super offensive! Not a safe place for anyone in a marginalized group.

Thank you for your comments. NWA has taken the pandemic and our response to COVID19 extremely seriously. We've taken numerous steps to ensure the safety of our associates and clients including closing our office to visitors, implementing work from home for a majority of our workforce, and enhancing our cleaning services. It sounds as though you've had some difficult experiences and that is very disappointing; however, much of what you described doesn't reflect the reality at NWA. We wish you the very best in your future endeavors.

Good opportunities and challenges

Pros

I had worked for NWA for over 7 years. I started out as an operational trainer and worked my way up to a HR Training and Project Lead at this company. I was given many challenges and professional opportunities in my years at NWA. My strengths are varied in training and project management, which I was able to use during my employment. I had stepped away from data management and was able to pursue my passion for training. All companies have their issues with technology, management, policies, and benefits, but I never let this stop me from trying to improve training for the company.

Cons

New technology is slow to implement.
