      Pros

      Some of the people that work there are very nice and deserve much better than this place offers.

      Cons

      The company pretends to value its employees, but their actions and policies say otherwise. The pay is below industry average and there is very little room to advance in the company. Coffee is not allowed at your desk and the company will find any way to pay you as little as possible. Do yourself a favor and stay away! If you do choose to work here, you have no one to blame, but yourself because you have been warned.

      Pros

      Good benefits and decent pay for the job . The chance to learn and grow with a smaller company in a rapidly changing industry. Some positive changes being made by leadership.

      Cons

      While some of the comments on work environment here are, I think, exaggerated, it is an area of concern. Yes, the dress code is conservative, along with very specific rules that can at times seem overbearing. However, we work in a conservative industry, with work rules negotiated in a union environment, so some of this is to be expected. I do believe a sincere effort is being made to improve work environment, and I have seen enormous improvements in the time I have been here. Is there room for improvement? Absolutely. But I think the office politics aren't much different than bigger companies I have worked for. There is a gap in trust between management and the contract employees that needs to be bridged.

      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits. Coworkers are helpful and very supportive. It's definitely a good place to start from if this is your first job out of college.

      Cons

      Conservative company and management. Understand this is an older company with old school rules and ideas. There doesn't seem to be much incentive to stick around for a long time.
