Pros

I have been with Northwest for almost 10 years and I have no plans to go elsewhere. It is nice to work for a company who truly cares about its customers and team members. I have small children and my supervisors have always been flexible so that I can attend their sporting and school events. You can't beat that!

Cons I have experienced have been weighed out by the pros or have been improved on over time.
