Pros

Good values. Good work environment. Good pay. Good people. Good training. Good communication. Fun place to be. Always giving back to community. Always looking toward the future and setting goals. Owners stay involved and try to connect with all employees.

Cons

Health insurance benefits are expensive and awful. (Kaiser) They do promote from within, but praise, promotions and raises have more to do with office politics than performance. Very cliquish work environment. Company is growing fast so they are experiencing some growing pains. Computer system and I.T. support could be much better.

Pros

They care about their employees. Very good people to work for. Great training and culture. They provide uniforms and a vehicle. There are some outstanding people working for this company.

Cons

Growing fast. Some in management are not ready for their roles yet. Again, the company is growing at a very fast rate.

Pros

Offers medical dental and vision benefits but only affordable if management. Enjoyed Monday through Friday schedule and working an early hours schedule.

Cons

Management seems to busy to care or deal with concerns some employees have. Worked in hostile/negative work environment and even though the situation was acknowledged by management and promises were made again and again to remedy situation it never happened. Bottom line is if your family or buddies with management that's what matters at this company. Who is hungover and what happened out the night before is more of a priority with this bunch.
