Great family owned company! Pay was on par with industry. I like that the company provides a living wage and opportunity for growth without a college degree.

Cons

Can be a bit of good-ol-boy. There are a lot of people that have been there a long time and get preferential treatment.

The team mates are great and if there is a bad egg, they will be found and fired. They strive to do what's best for their teammates and their customers. They live by the golden rule. Integrity is an integral part of the company.

Cons

The highs and low lows of commission based salary. Work-life balance. Sales/inspectors are tied to their phone and iPads at all times.

Pay was ok. close to home. owners sons were great.

Cons

Your only promoted if you are related to someone or best friends with someone higher up in the company. Upper management was very close minded and one sided. Upper management didn't listen to employees concerns about other personnel-they brushed it under the rug. Training was not good.
