Cons

Wages for office admins do not align with everything required to operate. Commission paid and secured differently from one department to another.

Overall it's a great company. They invest in their employees and want you to succeed.

Cons

The commission system is annoying at times. They don't pay bonuses or give raises. Growth opportunities exist but you basically have to be there for 8 years or more before getting a substantial opportunity.
