My fellow co-workers are the best anyone can have. They are the only reason I come to work everyday.

Attendance policy is unreasonable for a healthcare facility.

Good but to much micromanaging

Pros

Great pto however you never get to use it. My boss only allowed to use to take a couple of hours at a time. We were always told we were short staffed however they schedule 6-8 patients an hour.

Cons

Having 6-8 patients an hour plus all the prior authorization, scheduling, results and documentation.

Very poor management skills, unfairness, inequality, lack of accountability, favoritism by management, no training program provided, EHR/internet system failure often, bullying, and below average wage scales.
