Pros

Great company, highest ratings and recognition. Excellent training and support from home office. Excellent benefits and awards. Would recommend to anyone who would like to start their own business and be their own boss.

Cons

Cons to working at Northwestern Mutual are that you are not only in competion with other providers you are in competition with your own company. Joint work can be messy.

Pros

You get to work for yourself, which allows for great growth possibilities and high income upside. They have the best products in the industry and provide great training.

Cons

Very high personal expenses means if you struggle when you first start you have almost no chance of success. You get fined if you don't meet minimums.
