Pros

-Their whole-life insurance product is by far the most superior. -Good operations support -Flexible work schedule -Elevated initial comission payouts -Very reputable company

Cons

-Fully comissioned position. -Takes a few months for any income to come in the doors. -Trying to grow a more comprehensive financial practice is put on hold for a few years. Strictly insurance initially -The use of role-playing consistently at monthly reviews

Pros

Work on your own, straight commission, no base pay. Targets a higher income demographic. You use your own family and friends.

Cons

It is hard to sell anything to the people closest to you. Their premiums are very high. Selling approach can be a bit pushy. They try to sell whole life policies, not because they are better but because they earn the highest commissions.
