The vision and passion that everyone has in them, added with the great respect management has for all who work within the team. It is a team environment, but with the autonomy of becoming whatever level of greatness you would like to be. There is no ceiling, but there is an incredible foundation! Seeing the impact that each of the representatives has with their clients, knowing that each was trained with vision that it is about the quality of the relationships with our clients, not the quantity. Opportunity is a word I hear a lot with the reps, and each has thier own definition of what it means to them, and Northwestern Mutual has provided them with the path to seize it.
