Pros

Terrific customer oriented and ethical approach to providing services. Access to experienced reps to learn from. Very good products and continued training.

Cons

Sales meetings are over the top in hype and management cliches. No lead program- all prospects must be generated from personal contacts and cold calling. If you have a vast network from previous line of work you will have good foundation from which to build. Otherwise you will be starting from scratch in cold calling and prospecting-very difficult.
